1. Cancellation & Exchange

1.1 Once an order has been placed through our website, you may request a cancellation or modification by emailing us.

1.2 Once an order has been packed, it can no longer be canceled or modified. Instead, it must be returned according to Section 2 below. Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur beyond our control. If the item(s) are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the item and then return it to us. You may still inform us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible return process, please provide us with a shipping confirmation.

  • A refund before receiving the item is only possible after 16 weeks from the order date if the item has not been received.

1.3 As we use a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after submission. Once shipped, the process cannot be interrupted, and a refund before receiving the item is only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.

2. Returns & Refunds

2.1 Our return policy is part of our terms and conditions under which you access and use our website.

2.2 If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may email us to notify us of your return request. The return period is 30 days from the date you (or a designated third party, not the carrier) receive the last item in your order.

2.3 Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

2.4 The product must be received by us before a refund can be issued. The returned item will be inspected upon arrival.

2.5 You must ensure that the product is returned in the same condition as received and is properly packaged.

  • The item must be unused, with product tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • If a product is returned in an unsuitable condition or is damaged, we reserve the right to reject the return.

2.6 Our processing time for returns varies depending on the order.

2.7 If the returned product meets our requirements, we will send you an approval email. A refund will then be issued to the original payment method shortly after approval. No restocking fee applies.

2.8 The cancellation process is only complete when we have received the returned physical item.

3. Steps to Cancel an Order

  1. Request the cancellation form from our support team, complete and sign it, and send a scanned copy back to us.

  2. Return the item to the given address.

  3. Use a shipping method with tracking to ensure your return can be identified. Inform us in advance about the return and provide the tracking number. This allows us to quickly process your refund.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will confirm its arrival, and the refund will be processed accordingly. Only returns with tracking information will be accepted.
